Gender-Affirmation Surgeries often require the attestation of a medical or mental health professional
I offer these letters at a rate you can afford.
If we decide to work together, I would send you a lengthy questionnaire and interview you once in an online meeting. I would then compose the letter and send you a PDF copy. If you don’t have access to fax, I’m also happy to fax it to your physician. I would need you to sign a Release of Information (ROI) form in order to stay in touch with them in case they have any questions.
